Yes, in the RWorks desktop application, if you click on 'Personal' time, RWorks will not see anything you do. It will however note how long you spend on 'Personal time'. Q. If after 10 minutes, it sees no activity it assumes you are no longer working. In this case, on return, RWorks will ask what you have been doing. Here you can nominate Meeting/Offline and provide a short description of the time. Q. How do I update the RWorks desktop application? A. It also will automatically update if it detects a change in date e.g. at midnight. Q. Does RWorks support a user with multiple computers? A. Yes. RWorks does support a user with multiple machines. However, if multiple machines are left idle, RWorks can overestimate the amount of time working as RWorks allows 10 minutes to pass before a computer is deemed to be idle. We are currently developing an enhancement to this that will eliminate this over estimation. Q. Can more than one copy of RWorks be run at the same time? A. No. RWorks prevents multiple copies of itself from running on the same computer. |
